TEB Arf Teknoloji A.Ş. was established as a subsidiary of Türk Ekonomi Bankası (TEB), one of the most well-established and prestigious financial institutions of the Turkish banking sector, with the goal of bringing an innovative approach to banking software and ensuring that the developing technology facilitates human life.
TEB Arf Teknoloji A.Ş. aims to implement the R&D projects developed within its organization jointly with the technopark infrastructures where technology interaction is at maximum level and to offer high value-added software services. It also intends to become one of the leading companies in the field of information solutions in Turkey.
Since 2020, it has been conducting its innovative activities in the IT sector from its Izmir and Istanbul offices.
Artificial Intelligence and Data Science:
We develop data science projects creating value from data and thus, enabling data-based decision making in business processes by using structured or unstructured data types and/or internal/external data sources with advanced analytics methods. We are working on the projects which are developed through the cooperation of BÜDOTEK and TÜBİTAK and which have received incentive approval from the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
1. Risk Analytics
Application and behaviour scoring, customer income estimation, risk – limit optimization and early warning and collection optimization models are developed, allowing for the end-to-end and holistic management of the loan lifecycle. Prediction models are developed by processing the data obtained from internal/external resources using advanced machine learning algorithms. Thus, credit risk management processes are rendered more effectively and efficiently.
2. Fraud / Abuse Analytics
Early detection of fraud and/or abuse, especially in loan applications and card transactions, is ensured with the models developed using advanced machine learning and deep learning algorithms. Thus, in addition to scenario-based fraud alarms, predictions and relationship detections can be made quickly and easily.
3. Pricing Analytics
Advanced analytical projects that will support business processes are developed in the fields of calculation and measurement of the impact of price changes for all products; implementation of cost strategies based on customer demands, behaviours, and market trends and automation of the pricing process. With customer segmentation, customer price sensitivity determination and price optimization models developed in this context, the price that will provide optimum benefits at the product, customer or corporate level is determined.
4. Customer Analytics
Internal/external data obtained from customers and customer behaviours are systematically processed with advanced machine learning and deep learning algorithms and thus, predictive models that will guide critical business decisions are developed. Thanks to predictive advanced analytical models such as segmentation and tracking of such spheres as customer churn rates, product and channel trends and customer footprints; personalized processes and offers adding value to customers are developed.
5. Process Analytics / Operational Analytics
Advanced analytical and artificial intelligence projects are implemented, which will contribute to increasing operational efficiency by creating cost and time savings. Advanced analytical and artificial intelligence projects implemented in this field include, inter alia, call center workload optimization, customer agent – customer matching, customer complaints classification, branch and ATM location and cash flow optimization, voice/face/signature recognition, mood analytics and preventive maintenance analytics.

CEPTETEB
CEPTETEB is the new-generation digital banking platform of TEB. It aims to meet retail customer needs without visiting the branch. It offers all banking transactions executed on teb.com.tr and cepteteb.com.tr in the simplest and fastest way through the digital channels such as internet, mobile, Support Center and ATM.
CEPTETEB İŞTE
CEPTETEB İŞTE is a very comprehensive and easy-to-use digital banking platform specifically designed and developed for commercial customers. This comprehensive mobile banking application allows for execution of daily banking transactions such as account and card transactions, transfers, tax and corporate payments, etc.; cash management transactions such as checks, promissory notes, loans and member merchant functions; and investment transactions such as foreign currency, gold, time deposit accounts, etc. without the need to go to a branch.
Web Platforms Offered to Internal Customers
It is a sharepoint-based web platform developed exclusively for use by the employees of TEB and TEB affiliates/subsidiaries, through which information about all departments is provided and operational transactions are executed.

It is the asp.net mvc-based web platform developed for CEPTETEB using the state-of-the-art technology.

It is the asp.net mvc-based web platform developed to serve TEB customers, containing all product details of the Bank and allowing for procurement of services such as loans, etc.
Web Platform Offered to Call Center and Remote Users
It is a web application offering CTI ((Computer Telephony Integration) functions for Call Center and Remote RM users, through which services are received by answering customer calls integrated with Genesys Web Api services and basic sales activities are executed through external calls.
Cookie Management
It is a asp.net core-based product providing cookie management on all websites pertaining to TEB and TEB affiliates/subsidiaries. There is domain dependency for this product.
SmartKey
SmartKey is a security product in the Soft OTP category intended for recognition of devices in mobile applications developed on IOS and Android platforms. It is used as the second factor for login to TebMobile banking application. It offers a higher level of security to help protection against online banking fraud. Access to the application is ensured with static PIN, Scratch Path or Fingerprint.
TEB Turbo Pratik
With TEB Turbo Pratik machines developed to provide innovative services, almost all transactions executed by the bank teller can be performed quickly, easily and practically, without waiting in a queue. These transactions include, inter alia, the transactions requiring physical exchange such as depositing and withdrawing money, all payment transactions, credit card delivery, etc. and extension of loans for which wet/original signatures are required. With TEB Turbo Pratik, customers can execute their transactions on a self-service basis and also make video calls with customer representatives.
Special Projects:
Dialogue-Based Chatbot
It is a chatbot project allowing for dialogue-based correspondence by detecting Turkish language. It is based on the principle of natural language processing. It has been developed with deep learning. It is a model classifying what is said and providing intelligent feedback. It also offers the feature of detecting daily irregular and broken forms of correspondence language.
Thanks to the ability to train it with contents specific to different processes, it is possible to provide services to both internal customers and end users in different processes as needed.
Intelligent Call and Answering System
It is a smart call and answering system. It serves as an assistant that can directly share information about internal customers’ needs and questions regarding business processes.
It can be trained according to different contents and documents without any topic dependency and thus provides services and answers questions in any field.
Artificial intelligence and natural language processing methods have been applied on Turkish language using MRQA (Machine Reading Question Answering). The clear answer to the question is searched in the document containing the answer to the question searched. There is not any other product offering this feature in Turkish. This system also offers the feature of detecting daily irregular and broken forms of correspondence language.
System Categorizing the Problems Encountered in the Call Center
The Customer Request Management System operates with two pool structures such as requests assigned and requests unassigned to the relevant personnel. This project aims to ensure automatic classification and categorization of these requests and complaints using natural language processing and deep leaning techniques.
